High Performance

Experience next level towing performance with UniTor's unique pivoting design, which ensures both wheels always remain in contact with the ground, even over extreme terrain. This advanced offroad trailer suspension system, unlike independent trailer suspension, uses load sharing to ensure both axles handle half the load. This improves ride quality and vastly increases the durability of both the suspension and trailer.

Lightweight

Get more done with bigger machinery, more equipment or more toys on your trailer. UniTor's patented technology uses a single torsion bar between the front and rear wheels - saving up to 40% weight compared to traditional rocker roller suspension, lowering tare weight and increasing payload.

Low Maintenance

Spend more time on the road and less time fixing trailers with UniTor's low maintenance design. Minimal moving parts means less to wear and need replacing, the only wear items are the large, longlife polyurethane bushes isolating the chassis from vibration. At the wheel end sealed unit bearings are long life, and never need adjusting or regreasing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is UniTor available as a single axle?

Absolutely! UniTor is available in both single axle and tandem axle configurations, of course some benefits such as load sharing are only possible on tandem axles.

Is UniTor available as a tri axle?

No, UniTor's single shared torsion bar can only be used on a maximum of two axles. Tri axle is possible by using three single axle units, however this is not recommended as it would not be a load sharing system.

Can UniTor be installed on my existing trailer?

Absolutely, UniTor can be fitted to most existing trailers, however this usually requires some custom fabrication. See the product manual for more information.

What brakes can be used with UniTor?

Currently UniTor only supports 10" hydraulic or electric drum brakes. Support for hydraulic disk brakes is in development. We do not recommend using mechanical braking systems as the high travel capabilities of UniTor can interfere with the braking system.
