ExBlok is the fastest, easiest way to build enclosed trailers. The joiner blocks fasten to the end of the extrusion in seconds using self threading screws. The system is designed for use with CNC cut sandwich panels and provides a structural frame and trimming all in one, with no need for messy adhesives, caulking, welding or painting. Simply assemble the frame around the panels!

Strong and Adaptable

Heavy duty aluminium extrusions are specifically designed for trailer construction, providing a strong perimeter for the trailer and protecting the edges of fragile composite paneling. Built in T slot mounting on the inside and outside make it easy to mount accessories such as lights, awnings, hinges and latches anywhere around the trailer.

Modular System

Our wide range of extrusions and blocks are available to suit most trailer designs. They can be supplied as full lengths or pre cut to length to save even more time on your build. They can also be custom powder coated to suit your trailers style!

Can ExBlok be coloured to customise the look of my trailer?

Absolutely! ExBlok components are aluminium and can be anodised, powder coated or painted to suit your trailers style. Carbon Equipment can provide coated extrusions on request, get in touch with us to find out more!

What kind of panels work with ExBlok?

ExBlok is designed to work with 28-30mm composite sandwich panels, commonly used for caravan and truck construction. Panel suppliers can usually supply panels CNC cut to size to suit your build - get in touch with us and we can recommend suppliers local to you.

Is ExBlok suited to DIY trailers and custom builds?

Definitely! ExBlok only requires basic tools - with no need for expensive equipment or skills necessary for processes like welding, adhesives or caulking. If you can tighten a bolt you can build an ExBlok trailer.

What accessories work with ExBlok extrusions?

ExBlok extrusions have integrated 4040 T slot profiles which works with hundreds of different accessories and even other extrusions. Great for internal fitouts, roof racks and other customisation. Carbon Equipment stocks a small range, however there are many suppliers specialising in a huge range of T slot accessories.
